About Lisa

Lisa Ashworth is a writer and qualified coach who endured a ten-year struggle to conceive a baby with many personal and medical challenges along the way. She has written about the huge toll this took on her mental health and is passionate about sharing how she transformed her fertility plan by learning to manage her mindset. Lisa finally gave birth to triplets at the age of 41 and then worked as a fertility coach, supporting clients who were trying to conceive. 

Lisa also specialises in Career Coaching and has over 25 years' experience in senior HR roles including recruiting for all levels of jobs. She knows how the job market works, what it takes to build a professional brand, and what a great CV looks like.
